1. Who We Are & What This Covers

These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses, subscriptions, coaching, tools, prompts, case studies, recordings, and materials provided through the Pike Squared Academy, including content published under the Irrational Change and BeSci AI brands, which are operated by Pike Squared Limited.

By purchasing or accessing any program, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We will provide the training, content, and deliverables described on your course or subscription page at the time of purchase.

All services are provided for individual professional use, and access is granted under a personal, non‑transferable licence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property & Licence

All materials — including prompts, tools, frameworks, recordings, and written content — are owned by Pike Squared Limited, including content published under the Irrational Change and BeSci AI brands, and are protected by copyright.

You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the materials for your own professional purposes, as intended.

You may not:

If we reasonably believe misuse has occurred, we may suspend or terminate access with immediate effect.

4. Personal vs Corporate Use

Access is for individual use only.

If you wish to use Pike Squared, Irrational Change, or BeSci AI content with:

you must obtain a corporate subscription or licence. This includes use that benefits multiple people or is embedded into organisational processes.

5. Payment & Access

These Terms take effect once payment is received.

If payment for a subscription fails, access may be suspended or cancelled.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Courses

You may cancel within 14 days of confirmation, provided you have not accessed the digital materials.

By accessing course materials, you:

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date.

7. Substitution

You may substitute a participant before a course begins, provided you notify us in writing. Any discounts applied to the original booking do not transfer.

8. Participation & Conduct

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for managing your attendance and engagement.

We expect respectful and professional behaviour. We reserve the right to remove access if a participant behaves in a way that is reasonably considered disruptive, harmful to others, or in breach of these Terms, including misuse of intellectual property.

9. Confidentiality

We encourage open sharing in sessions. Please note that we cannot guarantee confidentiality between participants.

Information shared directly with Pike Squared Limited will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without permission, unless required by law.

10. Recordings & Use of Likeness

Group sessions may be recorded for learning and access purposes.

By participating, you consent to the recording of your voice and contributions (excluding 1:1 coaching sessions).

Any use of recordings, images, or contributions for marketing or promotional purposes will require separate, explicit consent, which you are free to grant or decline.

11. No Guarantees & Responsibility

Our content is designed to support insight, learning, and decision‑making.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pike Squared Limited is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from the use of our materials.

Large Language Models and AI tools may behave unpredictably, and you accept responsibility for how you choose to use them.

12. Technical Issues

You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable technology and connectivity.

If you are unable to participate due to personal or technical issues, sessions will continue and refunds are not available.

If we experience technical difficulties that materially affect delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative.

13. Changes & Force Majeure

We may make reasonable changes to content or delivery where circumstances beyond our control require it. We will aim to minimise disruption and provide suitable alternatives where practicable.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Academy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
